What this tool is
The Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre publishes property sale transactions as open data. In its raw form that record is difficult to read: it is hard to find, hard to filter, and offers little context on what a number actually means. This site takes that same public record and makes it usable — a clean, searchable table where anyone can look up real sale prices, compare comparable units, and track how a community is moving, all without paying anything.
It currently indexes 113,030 transactions worth a combined AED 380.1 billion across 924 communities, from 2 January 2019 through 13 May 2026.
How to use it
Open the live table, filter by the community or project you care about, then sort by date or price. Every row is a real ADREC-registered sale, so you can benchmark any apartment, villa or plot against genuine recent comparables rather than asking prices. The daily email delivers the same record, summarised, to your inbox each morning.
